We are seeking charitable financial contributions to assist in our efforts to support areas that are being overlooked. These areas include, but are not limited to, transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, dialysis clinic visits and conversations with patients on the day-to-day challenges with the process of dialysis to transplant.  We are looking forward to offering our services on a national basis.
